Step Challenge

You have the entire week (March 18th – 22nd) to accumulate as many steps as possible and submit them with the link provided by 11:59 pm on March 22nd.  

A link to enter your steps will be sent out via email on March 22nd. You may only submit one entry for the week, so please make sure your weekly step total is correct. 

All current Baylor students, faculty, and staff members are welcome to join.

It's FREE! There is no cost associated for this event. Get your steps in with us!

Prizes are donated by various Campus Recreation partners and announced at the beginning of the challenge.

Prize winners will be listed on our social media account.

Disclaimer: Participants must submit your step total by the deadline to be eligible to win prizes and giveaways. 

Accumulate your steps anywhere, at your own pace. However, if you would like to get your steps indoors, our Fitness Center has several different pieces of equipment available for use, as well as fun fitness classes or even Intramural Sports you can enter to help with step counts. Come see us!
