Personal Training
The Personal Training Program allows for one-on-one fitness training and client health improvement through education, activity, fitness assessment, and exercise program tracking.
Working one-on-one with a personal trainer is an excellent way to increase your overall activity and enhance knowledge related to physical aspects of wellness!
Personal Training enrollment is currently paused as we prepare for the upcoming semester. New client requests will reopen after Winter Break. We appreciate your interest and look forward to supporting your wellness goals next semester.
- Perform an individualized fitness assessment
- Design a customized exercise program to meet your health, fitness, and performance goals
- Provide time-efficient workouts to assist with achieving desired results

- Certified as Personal Trainers

*All new personal training requests will be placed on a waitlist and matched with a trainer as soon as one becomes available. You will be notified of your place in the queue.
NOTE: Personal Trainer availability is LIMITED during the summer months and based on class schedules, facility availability and academic breaks.
Sessions are one hour in length.
- 3-Session Package $90
- 5-Session Package $135
- 10-Session Package $250
*Sessions are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
Refunds may be requested for any unused sessions within 7 days of initial Personal Training package purchase. Please email a member of our FitWell team should you have any questions.
