Put your strength to the test at the Cliff Hanger Challenge — a friendly showdown between Outdoor Adventure and Fitness!
Stop by on October 16th to test your endurance, fortitude, and strength. Choose your challenge:
- Hang from the pull-up bar as long as you can, or
- Hold a set of kettlebells until your grip gives out.
Compete for bragging rights and awards for the longest “hang times.” Whether you're a climber, a lifter, or just in it for the bragging rights, this is your chance to challenge yourself and see how your grip stacks up — and discover how grip strength is linked to longevity.
No registration needed — just show up, hang out, and see how long you can last.
