Campus Recreation offers Graduate Student Manager opportunities across a variety of areas, including Fitness, Intramural Sports, Member Services, Marketing, Outdoor Adventure, and Club Sports.

What the Role Includes
Each Graduate Student Manager is aligned with a primary program area, where they support planning, implementation, and ongoing program success. In addition to program responsibilities, Graduate Student Managers also contribute to facility operations through scheduled coverage shifts.
During these shifts, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting day-to-day facility operations
- Assisting and supervising student staff
- Responding to questions or issues as they arise
This combination of program leadership and operational experience provides a well-rounded professional development opportunity.
Position Details
Average Hours: 20 hours per week
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Scheduling Expectations:
Schedules can be flexible, with a combination of program responsibilities and facility coverage. Coverage shifts may include:
- Early morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend hours

Selection Process
All application materials will be reviewed by the Campus Recreation team. Selected candidates will be invited to interview with program supervisors.

Candidates must be officially accepted into a Baylor graduate program before an employment offer can be extended.
