Customer Service Team - As a Recreation Service team member, you’ll be one of the welcoming faces that helps create a positive first impression at the SLC and the Pullin Family Marina! You’ll provide friendly, reliable customer support, answer questions with confidence, and help ensure a smooth experience for all patrons. Strong communication skills are essential, and previous customer service experience is a plus. Now accepting Summer 2026 applications.
Fitness Center Attendant - As a Baylor Fitness team member in the SLC and Russell weight centers, you’ll help create a safe, fun, and welcoming workout environment while developing skills in communication, leadership, and fitness. Passion for helping others is essential, and a background in health or fitness is preferred. Now accepting Summer 2026 applications.
REC Camp Counselor - Summer Camp Counselors work with campers aged 5-13, leading games and sports like basketball, kickball, gymnastics, and dodgeball, and assist campers with swimming, rock climbing, and marina activities. Counselors facilitate small-group discussions, invest in campers' lives, and help provide care, resolve conflicts, and set a positive example. Staff will be responsible for supervising campers, organizing activities, and supporting their growth under the leadership of the Campus Recreation team. Now accepting Summer 2026 applications.
Summer Programs Team - This team provides staffing for the SLC Pool, ROCK, Pullin Family Marina, and Baylor Challenge Course at Eastland Lakes. Provided trainings include Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, Belay Training, Boater Safety, and other site-specific operations and risk management procedures. Now accepting Summer 2026 applications.
