Our large gymnasium holds 4 courts that are typically set up for open-rec in basketball and volleyball, but are also used for HHPR classes during inclement weather. Retractable curtains divide each court, and scoreboards are utilized during intramural competitions.

A popular space to study and take a break in between classes, the Spirit &Traditions Lounge provides seating for up to 45 people (tables, chairs, & sofas) with two 80-inch wide-screen monitors showing sports or important information. Four Windows computer kiosks give members the ability to check email, scores or cruise the Internet between classes. 

Vending machines are located adjacent to the lounge and take cash or credit cards (chip, swipe or tap).

Seven (7) courts are located on the first floor just behind the Rock Climbing Wall, and can be used for racquetball, walleyball, Spikeball, or re-creating the latest video crazes.

Racquetball courts are first-come, first-served and racket sports take precedent over other, non-sport activities. 

The Natatorium area boasts a lazy river, vortex pool, 3-lane lap area, and large wading area perfect for water play, including pool basketball (provided). Pool depth ranges between 6 - 48 inches. 

Our Aerobics room- affectionately referred to as the "Bear-obics" Studio - is home to many of our Group Fitness classes, as well as a widely used space for HHPR classes and student organizations desiring to practice for performances and competitions. The room includes a sound system. 

Located on the 3rd floor overlooking the gymnasium courts, our 4-lane, indoor track boasts an easy-on-the-joints rubber composite surface used heavily by members during the cooler, Texas winter months. 

The recently renovated Back Porch area of the SLC includes a basketball court, 3 Pickleball courts, 2 Sand Volleyball courts, Putting Green and Footwash/Outdoor Shower.
