Mariah Dampeer, MS

  • Sr. Coordinator

Mariah was born and raised in Cedar Hill, Texas. She holds a Bachelors of Elementary Education with a Math Mid-Level certification from the University of Oklahoma (May 2017), and a Master of Science in Sports Management: Sports Administration from Liberty University (May 2024). Prior to receiving her Master’s, Mariah taught middle school math at Holloman Middle School located at Holloman Air Force Base, where her husband was serving on Active Duty. Being a military spouse, Mariah and her family moved to Germany where Mariah became a full-time mom and took on the challenge of completing a Master’s program remotely. Once back in the States, Mariah finished her Master’s through an Internship in the Athletic Department at Cedar Hill High School before landing in Waco.

In her free time, Mariah loves spending time with her husband, two young boys, and three dogs. As a family, they love to go camping, off-roading, and traveling the world. She says the best part of working for Campus Recreation is having the opportunity to share her faith and build relationships with students through sport.
